Adding to this, can one open the channels using an astrovox receiver or is it only strong receiver that can do the work?

Koetch, Astrovox receiver wont open the channels.

Great to hear that. What quality have you achieved on the 11617 V 30000 TP on 8Ft? This is the weakest TP. If you are hitting over 62% for this TP then you must be getting all TPs stable.

Does this mean I need a strong decoder to unlock the channels on 7E or my satellite receiver TV will work just fine. I need to know before I get a 1.3 offset only to realise I needed a Strong decoder too.

Yes. You need the SRT4922. Check PM for more details.
Some innovative people are trying to see if they can perform "manual key edit and entry" and related on the SRT4950 and other potential receivers.

Get yourself Strong SRT-4922, update it with latest software from crossat.us, hook it up to your broadband internet connection and you're good to go.

IS-22 signals are multistream. 4922 doesn't have multistream decoding capabilities.

Hallo there, I got myself a 1.8m offset dish - fiberglass, tried EUT 7E and got quality-65% on the weakest signal but still cracks at night, the rest are clear and stable. On the 130cm, I managed to hit Quality-67% on the strongest and couldn't get the weakest freqs on blindscan. All HD not showing except the the clear ones, I had to delete all the XXXs ! Next, will try combine SES 5 and EUT 7W so that I can free up the other dishes. Am using the Inverto black lnb.
