You can't keep up with their rate of change which lasts only a few hours. You need to autoroll. You can try on the rest.

I guess IS906 is about to be decommissioned. It was launched back in 2002 And was expected to last only 13 years.

With over three years past mission planned time, the operators are possibly advising their clients to move in readiness for decommissioning. First GSUs now TZ fellows it'll be almost empty thereafter.
