I have one on the way, strange enough it's coming from Bahrain through DHL, no shipping fee! This tells me Arabs are the most notorious race when it comes to such issues its like they dont like lipishwa for watching tv. See nyotasat decoders they are from the middle east also.
Let's see! If it is what it is, because they say 50mb is enough for an entire year given the account is full charged for the whole year.
 
So the new sr2000hd update isn't rolling H20 or what?
 
4955 rolling HEVC 265. Sr2000 couldn't even sense the signal. Was planning of disposing it after getting sr2000 but haaa! Nah!

Just to be clear. If you are into circular signals, then yes, Gulfstar 777 is, it really sweepsl. If you are in for 68.5 e, yes, it pulls down all those channels, 78 e yes, even thairath HD which es 21 can't pull.
76 yes, except the cartoons, but not better than es 21 on measat, or 66e for $onys. So you can see the gulfstar 777 is a sleeper, worth of having one but when channels have lower signal intensity, it fumbles. Where else es 21takes the control.
So. Es 21 best for 91.5 e and 66 and the cartoons on 76, but gulfstar 777 takes it home where signal intensity is not an issue.

Most people think HEVC is same thing as 4k or UHD

That is H265 aka HEVC (High efficiency video coding) an improvement of H264 which is basically MPEG4 or MP4. Both formats are video coding formats for full HD or SD only that HEVC/H265 compresses data and delivers it more efficiently

Now there is full HD an there is 4k or UHD (which relates to picture frame size)
HEVC can still be used to compress UHD/4K video data. But picture frame size for 4K is much larger. HEVC is commonly used to broadcast 4K channels due to high efficiency required in transmitting huge volume 4K video data so most people think HEVC is the same thing ad 4K.

you can still broadcast SD channels using hevc/h265 if you like but transmission efficiency isn't an issue when broadcasting relatively less video data in SD channels

Confusing.. Ok whatever it is my point was that starsat don't open it. 4955 does.

Also that the signal sensitivity for starsat is weak.

Sorry for offending you sellers by exposing the limitations of this box. But the masses must be informed to know what theyll be splashing hundreds of dollars on for them to make an informed decision

This is Eurostar gold . It's good but not for fringe hunting.. LLR can you post a pic of gulfstar we see if they're similar.? .
