hey guyz please help bought a 6ft prime focus dish and pauxis c/kuband lnb but im trying to get 7or 8west but geting nothing please help me with pictures of how the lnb should face azin in which direction n depth to pictures wil also be much appreciated also how much should i elevate it from the ground because currently its down on the ground

Go to your Dish settings ,then DiSEqC 1.0 and set to 2, (set up without using a DiSEqC switch, LNB to receiver direct)

@X-PONDER, thanks for the information you shared regarding your STB device. Your decoder is an original & genuine DiGiSat Deluxe2 HD satellite receiver, manufactured mainly for the Ukrainian & Russian markets. The STB is based on 2nd Generation ChipSet CPU MONTAGE HST1081 6001-01[A]; UART Up-Grade Tool/ Loader is available although i'm not sure whether there is an rs232 connector in the STB.

Any original latest patch firmware meant for the Ukrainian & Russian market will not work in Africa & Asia where auto-roll algorithm is the order of the day.

Kindly zoom in and send me a snap-shot of the Main-Board Chassis Number- HST1081 6001-01[A] including an "All Flash" file of the current firmware installed in the device DiGiSat Deluxe2 HD. Send firmware details to isatbox.africa@gmail.com

Seems your dish is leaning too much on the 8 west postion. You have to compromise signal strenght on 8w to get both 8 & 7 W. lift your dish a bit to aim at 7w where kina CNN & BBC live. Getting kina MBC Max is always very tough but once you nail CNN you're on your way there

During the time of Digtrk 7E I used an inverto black ultra on a prime focus dish and I received all the transponders. It's true that the feedhorn design is different for the two bands because of the wave characteristics but ku-band lnb can work on prime focus dish.

they aint always easy to get being on the east beam different from MENA beam. A quick fix would be to move to 3 West Tstv package if you need movies mbc max & dubai one movies so much . But you'll miss CNN. Its a game of compromise. Also mind that Tstv is just temporarily FTA

Youre right. But the frequency for some reason is very weak

They've started behaving like T£C & DH|D @ 68 .5 which sneek in at daytime when people are at work and disappear in the evening when you're back at home to watch them like that is the new encryption system

It was the same on my side but on eighteen avenue West thirty seven down Street. I tried to adjust in evening 7pm, when I was outside with receiver all was fine, but Inside house things look bad (scratching). Tried to Connected without diseqc but no change. I did more research and come to conclusion it was TV aerial booster (which was behind the TV and near the receiver). We have migrated from analog to digital I don't need booster, now everything is Crystal clear.
