African Satellite World and Sat Gear

Hellow guys, which is the best receive for fta
None and all. This is how general this question is that you may not get an answer here. Be a little specific to get assistance, e.g., what do you mean by fta?

Sometimes its just annoying to see someone ask a question which is easy to answer yourself. Then maybe wait for several days to get a reply, while you could just hit the link and find the answer.

Even some others that were showing on this bird have also gone to Malaysia.

Thanks for sharing, but always share tp and other important info to avoid unnecessary loads of those $$$$ channels we get in untargeted scanning.
You can this again, especially if you have Niles*t in mind

More testing: after the successful 4x1-to-8x1 diseqc-to-2x1 splitter-to-2 stbs testing, I embarked on testing if one can receive other channels on the Az*m stb. Armed with an 8x1 diseqc switch using the disceqc 1.1 settings on the receiver, I used diseqc 1.1. I tested with about 4 birds. The results were impressive with both C & KU bands, but unfortunately the receiver is not pvu compliant. Hower, the stb was able to receive the non-pvu channels on C. I hence dropped the C bands and concentrated on KUs.
Here are some of the pictures of the results:
