Vince455, allow me kuteta kidogo because this have been said over and over by me, Giden, Tolgos and Thr3eee about 1.8m and above is enough.
With a 1.8m and lnb supermax VH-77 SUPER I'm receiving the hull package plus BBC Africa TV feed.

mankuri , Did you manage to rehabilitate your dish? Look at this one that I rescued and gave it a little TLC. It's now downing whatever bird I train it on...

A while ago when I was hunting for the Kenyan MUX on is 72.1°E I came across this package.

I was using a 1.8PF Bud and a SRT 4950H. The TP was quite stable with upwards of 64%.

Vicwa, what is the best tp to setup with? Am learning today the sat has some nice goodies and would like to try with my idle 1.8. It is on the same elevation with apstar bt on opposite directions.

No my bro, a 180pf does the job. Been there and done it. The A*n package is very excellent.

Also i noted the BB* Tp is very strong, any Pvu box will work like a charm.

You are welcome my asas mate. I'm using srt4922 but even srt 4950 series or 4955, Freesst V7 comb or any enabled P/vu receiver can do. My location Nbi.

As 4 my case, i balanced btn 8w, 7.3w & 7w with a 90 offset. I can get B#C, C#N, Aljazra sd. I also missed Fashion one n Aljazra HD which i most require. A few times C#N n aljaz becomes scratchy. Location Meru - Kenya.

With a bigger offset dish, Mankuri can manage most of the channels on the 3 sats.

Me too that size (an old D-es- thieves) l bat at 30k Ugx, more than 2 years ago here in K'la, Nile is my staple sat. I can't get some sports HD's. If I try to get them, l loose my Main course. I just decided on my priorities.

Ndonu, i have also watched it for two weeks now here in Meru Kenya. Am getting the highest tp(Hist@@@ry) @ 77%, B#C3841 refused to show on my srt 4922 but signal stable @74%. Let us here from Dar about 3841v.

Yesterday equipped with srt 4922 and 2.4m pf on 91.5e I was getting strongest tp Hi*t*ry hd & CI hd 3760v Q78%, S*y racing 3805v & 3814v Q65%, A#N hd 4120v Q70%, C#N PH 3717h Q70% and RT HD news 4164h Q65%. But on B@c ear## the signal was unstable.

that is very simple, only two petals are damaged .dismantle the whole thing stack those petals while hammering the damaged ones with a small hammer.the undamaged ones will guide the damaged ones . i do this all the time.
