Most welcome. Yes it does. It actually supports DiSEqC 1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3 (USALS). I am currently using the 1.1 with a 8x1 diseqc switch.

About pvu, the principle is simple: switch to the pvu-enabled channel, grab a cup of coffee and wait to autoroll. This applies equally to all the receivers with this capability. Hence it is my considered opinion that this may not be a good benchmark to compare.
It is also my considered opinion that the choice of a receiver depends on what the user is looking for in a receiver. That's why each has its specs. I have both 4950H and V7 and feel it will doing injustice to both, to compare them, for they are incomparable in specs.

Different remotes use different methods to pair RF signals. The most common you point the remote at the decoder and continuously press power button on the remote until it switches the decoder off. Then it has successfully paired the signals. Please i hope you bought the correct remote. There are universal remotes for Tv,DVD,Hometheatre, decoder, and combo universal remotes which are intelligent you just press set and they automatically search for your signal source.

By far, the best of them is the Logitech Harmony series of Universal remotes that can be configured to control more than one gadget and set to also control activities.

I have it on a 180 cm with Q60% both A#N and BBC Africa Tv feed and NBC Tv tp 3977 L/H 17777 Q67% on srt 4922 . Minimal quality on this sat is 55%, thus a Q5% allowance from my Q60%....come rain come shine, no cracking (C band).
