Rwanda? Are they available internationally on satellite?
You can get in touch by PM with FRENGWA a forum member based in Kampala. He has done some cross border
installations there before. He may have an idea of the dish size and LNB type you need to track Nilesat in your
country. He also has very good prices for Strong receivers (SRT 4922) in Kampala.

but signal quality are affected by ground deflection when dish is placed close to ground
