Like i said, i don't have any problem with the report. Its only my critics who brought me here, thinking i'd automatically challenge the report just because Rwanda is ahead of Tanzania. Second. I don't engage in meaningless exchanges, for example anybody reading our exchange will surely conclude that you are simply too arrogant to admit that you made a mistake in reading my comment(s). Not unusual. And i do not 'wait' for Rwandans, i've already showed you (with proof), that it's them who called me here! On the other hand may be it is you who should wait for the Rwandans so you can cheerlead their posts.
