Access JF via your mobile

We are working on making it more user friendly.

Mkuu, please make mobile version selectable, do not simply impose it based on detection. Alternatively, if this can't be implemented, then give an option to switch between the two at the bottom of page or elsewhere following a complete rendering of page. This should give freedom to some who are on wifi and aren't restricted by network speeds. Many thanks!!!

Some members wanted to have a mobile version for JF which will be loading fast.

We are happy to introduce a new version aimed at small screen devices such as Windows Smartphones, Nokias and even iPhones.

It has VERY low bandwidth requirements.

We are working on making it more user friendly. You can post new topics, can reply to existing threads etc.

I use an android based phone... (and just for the record, I do freaking luv it! :lol
Simultaneously I can run: Dolphin HD, xScope Lite, Skyfire, Infinity and native inbuilt browser with possibility to run many more !!! They differ in feature and rendering speed.


If in use of Nokia phones, i suggest you get Skyfire, and of course Opera Mobile (currently vers. 10 if not mistaken). Hizi zote mbili zinaweza kurun kwenye nokia (symbian based) without a problem plus the native nokia browser, making it three browsers.

Steve, natumia N.97, maandishi ni madogo sana, nikiyakuza kidogo, yana overlap screen, ila nilipojarudi kurudi kwenye mche wa sabuni, E.90, ni perfect, ukikuza maandishi, yanajialign kwenye same screen bila overlap.

Hii mobile service ina kitu ingine bomba kule kawaida haipo, ukiclick kurudi top, inakupeleka straight kwenye new post.

Japo sijahesabu, ya kawaida inalink only 20 new posts per page, hii mobile naona zinamwagika tuu kama RSS, ukiende chini, zinazidi kufunguka!.

Naomba pia kuchukua fursa hii, kuwapa mbinu za kulipia bili ndogo ya simu kwenye mobile innternnet bila kuumia, kwangu imetokea tuu by chance, ila sasa naifaidi internet ya almost bure.

Kwa kutumia simu za N.Series, kama wewe unatmia mtandao wa Zain, ondoa sim card yako ya Zain, nunua sim card ya Voda, itakudirect namna ya automatic set up ya internet na email zako utazipata instant kama kwenye black bery, ikishajiset, chomoa hiyo sim card ya voda, rudisha sim card yako ya Zain, utaona e-mails huzipati tena direct, nenda kwenye internet, ukiconnect, itakuuliza, connect through vodacom?, maana ndio iko confugured, wewe click yes, itaku connect straight kwenye 3G ya voda kutumia sim card yako ya Zain, stay as much as you need, then check balance, utakuwa surprised kukuta ni negligible!.

Enjoy freedom of information at most afordable rates!.

Inviziboooooo!!! upo mkuu?!

Just to make it more clear, when I mentioned about 'hovering banner' at the bottom, I didn't mean as only as applied to hand-helds but also as it appears on full blown browser view (PC View or PC Mode). Well, if this proves a big hassle, then I(we) would appreciate even if you only disabled some of the features (currently about 7) so that it doesn't span the whole width on the browser to our remote disgruntlements!! :confused2:

As with 'PC Mode' button option while in mobile view, can you possibly apply similar button for 'Mobile View' while browsing in PC Mode?!
