CRDB Vijana Branch Kariakoo, really needs to rethink its customer experience operations.

Kariakoo is one of the busiest commercial areas in Dar es Salaam, especially on Fridays when cash transactions peak. Yet customers often find themselves in very long queues for simple deposits or withdrawals, with only two tellers available.

This creates unnecessary delays for people who are already under pressure to run their businesses, travel, or meet end-of-week obligations. It’s not about impatience, it’s about planning and capacity matching demand. Imagine I am on a queue for more than an hour now.

On a Friday.
At Kariakoo.
Two tellers are simply not sufficient.
This is so baaaaaad!

Everyone here who we’re on a queue with is just complaining. A small adjustment, adding more tellers during peak hours would go a long way in improving customer experience and reducing congestion.

Sometimes it’s not about complaining, it’s just about asking for better service where it clearly matters.

So maybe this Branch should rethink this!
