A purge is difficult to mingle between the new CCM and old guards.

The main problem for the old guards is that , they already created a cluster (some form of statecraft) which its major task is to spread propaganda against the incumbent leader and derail him form his focus on big issue concerning the nation.

But they(old guard) haven't got sufficient means and support for now on the ground as the only medium of communication is through online social media in the form of ad -hoc.

The new guards in the form of Lusinde and co are gaining momentum as we may know Lucinde is in China now for more revision and guidence.

So, no purge at the moment.
