In the wake of a compromised, weak incompetent judiciary and powerless courts; definitely under pressure from the executive, NO or VERY few cases have been and will be decided fairly and justly in the period covering 2015-2025!! (if the current govt. goes beyond 2020, which is most likely).
It is imperative that after this rule, there is a need to review all cases decided at the High Court and Court of Appeal so as to correct wrongly decided cases, and for that matter can not be allowed to stand in the records of the court! This can be done by a panel of carefully selected competent judges from Tanzania, preferably retired renowned justices of appeal
