With all those, there is no time, in Tanzania history, there has been a hardworking president like Magufuli. However, some flaws have been present and considering the fact that he is a human that is normal!

With the case of Makonda I agree with you, but I have a different perspective. I see it as decision driven from ego and other political motives. For instance, if Magufuli decides to terminate Makonda's authority he will be judged as weak which he doesn't want and is doing it at the expense of Tanzanians not only himself! Which I think if that is the case then it is better if he could let the kid know he gotta not skip some lines.
