I’d say a lot of these tips actually work for me, especially the one about kefir and staying away from added sugar. My stomach can feel pretty off if I have too much sugar or processed food, and kefir has been a good addition for my gut health, makes a noticeable difference after a few days. I also try to drink more water and get sunlight in the morning, cos both seem to help with energy and mood.

When it comes to digestive health, I recently found some practical advice about bloating and ways to manage it naturally: https://mfm.au/digestive-health/bloating. There are more natural approaches explained here if you’re interested in getting to the root of stomach issues and not just covering up the symptoms.
