YOUTH IMPACT FUND INTERNATIONAL TANZANIA
Youth Impact Fund International is an international not for profit Organization with a sole aim to develop and transform Youth as drivers of change and prosperity. The Organization was developed in 2006 by his Excellency Roberto Macon Mall in Canada and since then it has spread to across 56 countries around the globe.
YIFI Tanzania is now recruiting passionate and Impact drivers personnel to fill the following vacancies in its various Regional Offices situated in Tanzania as follows;
1. Planning Officers (3 Positions).
2. Community Developers (12 Positions).
3. Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (12 positions).
4. Communications Specialist (2 Positions).
5. Psychologists (2 Posts).
6. Intern Support Managers (6 Positions).
DUTY STATION:
Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, Mwanza, Mara, Shinyanga, Kagera, Katavi, Mbeya, Arusha, Moshi, Mtwara and Dodoma.
SALARY AND INCENTIVES.
YIFI will provide competitive salary commensurate to performance and commitment to duties
assigned to each of its staff members. These include but are not limited to Transport and Housing
allowances.
5 years contract renewable upon performance.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION.
(a) Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary
aspects of organizational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of
organizational development objectives, purposes and achievements.
(b) Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary organizational development theory
and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within
the organization.
(c) Plan, develop and implement strategy for organizational development (covering
particular areas relevant to the organizations structure, market etc)
(d) Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of
organizational performance.
(e) Monitor measure and report on organizational development plans and achievements
within agreed formats and time scales.
(f) Help the Organizational Development Manager to identify areas of priority and control
departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
(g) Recruit Interns for placement in various opportunities within the Organization and guide
them through their stay at YIFI Tanzania.
(h) Be result oriented and sometimes ready to work extra hours with frequent travel to rural areas.
(i) Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the Organizational Manager from time to time.
(j) Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS;
University degree in Economics, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Community Development, Law, Education, Sociology, Business Administration, Language Studies and the related field.
Experience: No experience required. However suitable candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English language and Kiswahili. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
