Foreign Sponsors of Terrorism and Biotechnology War Against Nigeria
Ladies and Gentlemen of the Press, welcome to our Owerri Conference Center, Owerri for this press briefing today, Wednesday,
30th April 2014 at 15.00 hours. On Monday, 28th April 2014, the GPA Council convened various experts from all works of life
from all over the World to examine the National Security issues in Nigeria and other countries of Sub-Saharan Africa via internet
meetings, in response to the invitation of the National Security Council of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to all Nigerians to
contribute to ways and means of overcoming the long-standing insecurity problem in Nigeria, at this time. The specific aim of the
meeting was to identify the Foreign Sponsors of Terrorism and Biotechnology War Against Nigeria and other Sub-Saharan
African Countries. This press briefing will be limited to the issues raised about the current situation in Nigeria.
The Council identified that Nigeria is at War with the International Biotechnology companies. Strategic analysis elucidated that,
the on-going so-called insurgency in the North-East geo-political zone, which is the ‘food basket region’, is specifically a fight for
control of the food security of the Federal Republic of Nigeria waged by the Biotechnology companies seeking to replace natural
Nigerian foods with their genetically modified organisms (GMOs) foods. It is a known maxim that, ‘if you control the food
security you control the people’ – Kissinger.
Here are excerpts of some of the key points in the analysis.


1. Foreign sponsors of Boko Haram. The name Boko Haram is only used as a cover-up. The actual perpetuators are hired
assassins and mercenaries by the Blackwater (also called Xe-Services, and now Academi) private army which is owned
by Bill Gates and Monsanto (see: Academi (ex-Blackwater) acquired by Monsanto). Bill gates in 2009 purchased
Blackwater, the CIA military contractor that was used to commit the genocide of civilians in Iraq, and were expelled
from the country. As from 2009, Blackwater began the recruitment of former child soldiers from Liberia and Sierra-
Leone from what remained of the Charles’ Taylor’s army in Liberia. President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia had
intervened to ban Blackwater in Liberia, but they went underground in Liberia and in full force in Sierra Leone to
recruit former Child soldiers (see CounterPunch: Tells the Facts, Names the Names » Blackwater in Liberia » Print) and

trained in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/us-expands-secret-

These Sierra-Leoneans and Liberians are brought to Nigeria as ‘ECOMOG boys’ to fight in the insurgency and took the
name Boko Haram as a cover-up identity.
2. Aim of the Foreign Sponsors of Boko Haram: The aim of the Biotechnology companies involved in GMOs is to take
over the food security of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and introduce the Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)
as staple foods. They want to replace Nigerian natural foods: cassava, rice, maize, sorghum, millet with their GMOs
variants. Since the use of GMOs is not approved by law in Nigeria, they have resorted in labeling them ‘improved
seedlings’, which is a name of deception. The so-called ‘improved seedlings’ are actually GMOs which remain
unlawfully implemented in Nigeria by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture (FMOA). They seek to actualize the Bill
Gates/Monsanto total Control of Nigeria’s food security. The aim of the insecurity is to drive away small-scale
indigenous farmers leading to plummeting food production. Most farmers would be displaced by the violence,
providing the cover to adopt and implement GMOs on a large scale in farm plantations owned by Western
Biotechnology companies. Bill Gates/Monsanto GMOs crops would control over 90% of crop production of staple
foods for 170 million Nigerians. The volume production of these GMOs crops and the very low prices that would be
offered at the onset would displace the ‘organic’ foods grown elsewhere in Nigeria. This will price out of the market the
conventional organic foods, leaving Bill Gates/Monsanto GMOs crops as the dominant food for most of West Africa.
This is in total disregard of the evidence presented by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), that
GMOs do not increase overall crop yield, but rather decreases overall crop production and damages otherwise fertile
ground. This is in addition to the established dangerous health risks from inserted genes including that for mass
sterilization that could extinct the entire Black Africans using GMOs foods


3. High-technology approaches used by Boko Haram: According to Bill Gates, in an interview with Daily Trust titled
‘We are helping Nigeria boost Agriculture’ on 13th June 2013 by Habeeb I. Pindiga, where he said that ‘the Bill Gates
foundation was carrying out Satellite Remote Sensing of the North East Area to study migration patterns of people’
. However, what he does not say is that, the Satellite imagery over an area of war-conflict is against Nigerian law, and could be considered as Military Espionage in a State of Emergency. They could have been using the high resolution images that see people and their locations in detail, to identify location and size of military installations, to attack and evade military checkpoints, and to attack people in villages and farm areas. All these have been done by Boko Haram with devastating results, without being captured by

the Military JTF. . The Electronic ‘Wallets of Death’ for Agro-credits: What the Federal Ministry of Agriculture calls the Electronic wallets to farmers is a cell phone that has the near-field communication (NFC) technology for short-range wireless communication. These phones can be used to make purchases of agric goods and services as described by Dr

Akinwumi Adesina, the Federal Minister of Agriculture, who was until his appointment an employee of Bill Gates’
AGRA Foundation. Although, they say that, the electronic wallet technology would facilitate access to agric-loans, it is
practically useless for that purpose compared to simple coupons for purchase of fertilizer or seeds as used in other
countries. It is ‘only in Nigeria’ that someone would use cell phones that need scarce electricity for this purpose.
However, there is a more sinister reason to use these cell phones for the so-called agro-credits in Nigeria’s war zone in
the North-east region. Bill Gates Foundation provided the farmers with the agro-credits for fertilizer and GMOs crops
(including cassava seeds) which can only be accessed using these cell phones with NFC technology and precise GPS
locators. These so-called electronic ‘wallets of death’ were shared initially to 1.5 million farmers and is being scaled up
to 6 million farmers. This would mean that using the GPS and NFC technology, the position of each farmer would be
known to the Boko Haram insurgents posing as Fulani Herdsmen. The Boko Harma would use satellite images to know
the location of the military JTF and the electronic wallets of ‘death’ cell phones for a pin-point location of isolated
farmer communities to select their targets. In Nigeria, the FMOA in collaboration Bill Gates Foundation and their
contractors, were the first to use this NFC technology ahead of NCC approval of its test-run for implementation by
commercial carriers MTN, Etisalat, GLO and others.


5. Vaccination as cover-up for Boko Haram activity: It is not a coincidence that, adolescent girls aged 15-18 years are the
people targeted for School-based vaccinations with human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine, only soon after to be taken
hostage from the school with little resistance. This raises the probability that, the captors were known persons at the
school at Chibok, who gained initial access as maybe posing as vaccinators only to bring in re-enforcements to capture
the girls after surveillance.
6. Bill Gates Vaccination Program is useless for health: Much has been said of the so-called ‘good works’ of Bill Gates on
vaccines. However, what is not said is that, the vaccines are practically harmful to the health of recipient Nigerians. For
example, the HPV vaccine used in Nigeria by the Bill Gates Foundation does not work on HPV types that infect Blacks
but causes infertility. Bill Gates is funding 2.4 million doses of the vaccine for HPV using Gardasil (Merck) and
Cervarix (GSK). The vaccine Gardasil is not effective for the HPV strains found to cause cervical cancer in Black
women in a study by investigators at Duke University, Durham, North Carolina, USA, funded by the National Institutes
of Health (NIH) of the United States. The work supports an earlier publication by another team of scientists (Cancer
2013; 119(16)3052-3058), which did not find the HPV types 16 and 18 as dominant among blacks. The vaccine
Gardasil solvent called Tween 80 or Polysorbate 80 causes infertility. The Cervarix vaccine similarly does not work for
HPV strains in Blacks and the solvent Shake Oil is a major ingredient for male sterilization used for dogs. Therefore,
the aim of the Bill Gates vaccination program is not to prevent cervical cancer, which only screening for early detection
has been shown to prevent the cancer, but rather, the Bill Gates program is an on-going mass chemical sterilization of
men and women in Nigeria.
7. But why sterilize Nigerians? Even beyond population control, there is Big Money to be made by the Biotechnology
companies from sterile Nigerians. The reason can be seen if one reads the current National Health Bill 2014, Section on
‘Interpretation’. The definition of ‘tissues’ excludes ‘gametes’ (sperms and ovarian eggs), so that, they could be taken
without DONOR consent (Section 48). The idea is to have a high rate of infertile couples in Nigeria, who would go for
in-vitro fertilization procedures at IVF clinics, where their eggs and sperms would be pouched for laboratory
fertilization and sale to Western Biotechnology laboratories. Nigeria is the highest exporter of human embryos for
laboratory use in the World! The current levels of export of human embryos from Nigeria would increase ten-fold with
the enactment of the National Health Bill 2014. These embryos are full Nigerian citizens and their export to be killed in
Western Laboratories for embryonic stem cell research constitutes ‘Human Trafficking for Genocide’. This constitutes
Biological Colonialism for Slavery – a Crime against Humanity.


8. Ten Million Nigerian women would die annually: Over 10 million Nigerian women targeted to realize the 100 million
human embryos needed to perfect therapeutic cloning would die to yield profit for Biotechnology companies. 90% of
Biotechnology companies involved in embryonic stem cell research are owned by the Bill and Melinda Gates
Foundation. The idea is that, by perfecting therapeutic cloning, they would create a market size of $30 trillion, which is
one-third of World economy. The billionaires of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation would turn trillionaires at a
human cost of 10 million Nigerian women every year dying from complications of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome
(cancers, liver failure, kidney failure, infections etc) used for the IVF procedure. The Holocaust of Nigerians and
‘Killing Fields of Nigerian Children in Western Biotech laboratories’ will make Bill Gates the forever richest man in the
World. This would also revive the ailing Western Economies, hence, the support of heads of states of G7 countries and
the international conspiracy backing it. Meanwhile, in Section 51 of the National Health Bill 2014 there is NO
provision for DONOR consent for organ transplantation. Hence, every Nigerian has been compelled to become a
DONOR for Western patients in the so-called Human Organ Trafficking Tourism Industry. No-thanks to the Nigerian

Senate who first passed the law.
We call on all Nigerians to rise in defense of Our Motherland and to fight against the grave Foreign Aggression!
