Nyerere had no vision, he was fooling himself.
I am going back in times...back to 1992 after Zanzibar declaration and later on Vyama vingi... And then mkutano Mkuu wa CCM 1995 which picked Benjamin Mkapa as CCM candidate...
Who did what?
Who wrote the master plot that fooled the genius himself and opened the doors of chaos and power struggles that we are seeing today?
Just curious....
this is right mwekundu DR Salim ni mtoto mwema pekee wa mwalimu
Could you please support your argument...
When he became the first prime minister Tanganyika was the major exporter of farm products in Africa, few years later he made the country to be the poorest in the world.
When he "quit" the post after 24 years of dictatorship ruling, the country was totally bankrupt.

Wadau - nadhani nchi ilipoanza kupata misaada ya IMF/World Bank ndipo political control ilipotoka mikononi mwake kuhamia magharibi. Hata yeye mwenyewe alikuwa ana sita kuchukua mikopo huko akijua maamuzi yote ya nchi yatafanyika 'Washington'. Nadhani wote ni mashahidi leo, tunashuhudia yanayoendelea...

The same MFs are now pitting each one of us through religion conflicts and class struggle of haves and have nots, while making sure they have safe heavens...
