As much as he has effed up, it’s baffling how he still has his job to this day.

Others [who seemingly effed up] are fungible. But he is not.

I’m starting to look askance at the type of relationship they have [ with his boss] because it seems as if there is more to it than just meets the eye.

The relationship btn the 2 men raises an eyebrow leaving some questions unanswered!

By reading btn the lines there' s more to just a mere relationship.The series of events and blunders, misconducts, misdemeanors, sturboness and arrogance behaviour comitted by Makonda but left untouched by Magufuli is quite an evidence that the 2 men are……!!!
