My question is not to compare these two counries, just to know if Kenya there is freedom of expression by international standard, then we can go down and compare between the two?.

Freedom of expression has its own standard, is not related to any other country. Tanzania is very peaceful and stable country not because Kenya is one among dangerous countries

When Kenya had a dictator in the name of Moi, we were ranked as a very peaceful country - Tanzania is where Kenya was in the 90s.
