A woman and her husband, living in Europe, the doctor told her to use an expensive drug to save her life. The pharmacist who also invented that medicine charged ten times the cost of making the drug. In spite of his poverty, husband took a lot of effort to borrow money, but he could get only half of the amount needed. He approached to the pharmacist and begged him to sell the medicine at a cheaper price or allow him to pay for it later. But the pharmacist refused to do so. Finally without any hope, husband forcibly entered into the pharmacy and stole the drug.
The equation here was the thief right or wrong?

You should go and ask the Pharmacist, im sure he has got the very correct answer for your question...

it was wrong if everyone would go to the phamacy and complain that he/she has no money and force himself or herself into the shop and steal drugs what would happen?

katafte kitabu cha ethics au google kantian na kohlberg theory utapata jibu la hlo swal maana
judging moral behavior of action depends on different factors n different theorists wameshindwa kupata jibu sahih!! ndio maana kuna mfano mwengne amekuja jambaz nyumbn kwenu anataka kumuua ndugu yako je utasema mahal alipo kwa maana kusema uongo iz an immoral act? posibly u wont so ukipitia hizo theory utapata ideas!!

thank u bt here i real need to prove the reality of the theory with this example nadhani nawe ulipaswa kutoa jibu lako kwa mtazamo ulionao wewe katika hili!

kwenye blue:
was the property right of the pharmacist more important than the life of man's wife?
kwenye red:
in that case it could be very difficult to live within that society but i said "He approached to the pharmacist and begged him to sell the medicine at a cheaper price or allow him to pay for it later. But the pharmacist refused to do so"

msimamo wangu ndio huo kua judging moral act is not one sided aspect maana wengne wanajudge intention of action na wengne wana judge moral act depending on the result based hapi ndio kwenye tatzo kwa maana incase of intention ni huyo mume alienda kwa nia gan mpaka ameiba hzo dawa n second option ya result base je iyo act imeleta positive or negative result hapo ndio kaz ilipo so judging a n act if it is moral or immoral still bado inakinzana sana na ni ngumu kufanya maamuz moja kwa moja

you mean the husband was wrong? do you think if u prioritize the property right of the pharmacist and the life of the man's wife, which one will be given high priority?
