Vyakula vikuu kwa sisi watanzania na wenye hali ya chini ya kawaida tumezoea kula wali, ugali, na ndizi. Kwa utaalam wa kiafya hatutakiwi kula vyakula hivi mara kwa mara kwani vinasababisha kuongeza uzito wa mwili, vinaongeza cholesterol mwilini na hatimaye kuja kusababisha magonjwa ya moyo kama vile high blood pressure.

Sasa swali linakuja ukiondoa vyakula hivyo ni vipi vyakula vingine vikuu ambavyo havina carbohydrates (wanga) kwa wingi na mafuta kwa wingi ambavyo unaweza kutumia kama mbadala wa wali au ugali au ndizi??

Kama havipo unashauriwa uwe unakula (eidha wali au ugali au ndizi) kiasi gani ili kuepusha magonjwa haya??

Naomba msaada tutani pliiiiizzzzz wanajamii

mwenye napenda kuvijua manake hivyo vyaktla vimenichosha. Imefikia hatua nala matunda tu ndo mlo wangu.

Niliwahi kuongea na nutritionist mmoja, anasema hivi, ugali mtu anaweza Kula hivi: ugali wa sembe kiasi cha nusu ya ngumi yako na iwapo unakula dona/ngano/ulezi unaweza Kula size ya ngumi yako moja halafu unajazilizia kwa mboga mboga tofauti na matunda na maharage kiasi, nyama nyeupe au samaki ili ujisikie umeshiba. Wali unapima kwa upana wa kiganja chako unapoweka kwenye sahani sio mlima halafu Eti upana wa kiganja kiasi tu. Na kunywa mengi. Hii hutumika kudhibiti uzito wa mwili pia.
