Lakini naona topic ya wizi na ufisadi wa vijana wa Vodacom haipingiwi na inaelekea ina ukweli, basi inatuwia vigumu kulitetea jambo hili na kama ilivyowekkwa na wenzenu tunatakiwa kuufuatilia mjadala huu kwa makini ili tujue lengo lake ni nini hasa kulileta humu JF.

Umeandika kama mtu mwenye hasira kali na wafanyakazi wa vodacom,kutokana na mafanikio ya muda mfupi waliyoyapata,kutokana na hilo itakuwa ngumu kuijadili mada hii kwa mtazamo huru.
Sijaandika matukio ya wizi yasifanyiwe kazi,nimeandika kuwa kama NSN wanavunja sheria za nchi suala hilo lishughuikiwe mara moja,kwani baada ya muda waajiri wa kigeni watajifunza kutokana na yanayotokea NSN na kuendelea kuwakandamiza waajiriwa watanzania.

Kwa mtazamo wangu si sahihi kumuit ahuyo kijana ni mwizi kama uthibitisho uliokuwepo ni wa kimazingira.Kuna sababu nyingi sana zinazoweza kumfanya huyo kijana kuweza kujenga nyumba tatu ndani ya miaka 8,na zinaweza zisiwe na uhusiano na vodacom.sidhani kama wafanaykazi wa vodacom wote wameweza kujenga nyumba 3 katika kipindi cha miaka 8,kwani sasa wanahukumiwa kwa makosa waliyofanya wachache,kama kuna ubadhirifu washughulikiwe wabadhirifu,kama hao VODACOM/NSN ni wazembe kiasi cha kushindwa kuwafahamu wabadhirifu,basi wasiweke mzigo wa uzembe wao kwa kuwaajiri wageni kwa kuvunja sheria za nchi.LINAPOKUJA suala la uvunjifu wa sheria za nchi,hutakiwi kuweka visingizio vya fulani mwizi n.k.Taratibu za kuwashughulikia wafanyakazi wezi/wabadhirifu zinafahamika.huu ujumuishwaji wa kiholela.ili mradi watekeleze sheria za kikandamizaji si sahihi.

kwa upande mwengine, malalamiko ya hao wafanyakazi ni jambo la ukweli na lililothibitishwa kwa barua waliyoiandika na majina ya hao wahusika.sio tatizo la kufikirika au la kudhanika.
Hili ndio tatizo la kujadili kwenye mada,kwani liko wazi na viambatanisho vimewekwa.

Acha kuropoka vitu usivyovijua. NImesoma barua yenyewe hapo juu hawa foreigners hawazidi 15. Wafanyakazi wa Vodacom na NSN ni wangapi? Barua inaishia kutaja foreginers tu bila kutaja ni percent ngapi ya staff wote!

Hakuna mtambo unaotengenezwa hapa Tanzania. Hivyo huwezi kukwepa foreigners ambao ndiyo waliobuni mitambo hiyo.

Labda inawezekana hujui kwamba fundi wa Tanzania kazi yake ni kuiangalia mitambo ikiharibika anaishia kukimbizana huku na kule kuangalia kimeharibika nini na kama ni kikubwa kuzidi ujuzi wake anamtaarifu aliyekitengeneza. Sasa, utakwepaje kuwa na foreigner.

Kama unataka watanzania wawe expatriates waambie ndugu zako huko NSN na Vodacom watengeneze mitambo yao uone kama kuna mgeni atanusa pua yake hapa nchini.

Hivyo, tatizo ni hao vijana wako wa Tanzania. Tatizo ni elimu yako Tanzania haitoi ubunifu hata wa kutengeneza toothpick.

Nimeongelea kwa kirefu biashara ya hawa mabwana kuandikisha majina ya ndugu zao umiliki wa viwanja vyenye minara hiii ya Vodacom. Hutaki kabisa kuongelea hili, kwa lugha ya sasa tunasema unalipotezea. Kwa nini ulipotezee.

Nina uelea mzuri kuhusu mambo ya viwanja. NImekwambia nina uweo wa kutaja majina ya staff wengi tu humo NSN na Vodacom wanaomiliki viwanja viliposimamishwa minara hiyo na kodi inaenda kwao. Hili sihitaji kufundishwa au kushauriwa. Ninaheshimu tu maadili lakini karibu asilimia kubwa ya vijana hawa wametajirika kwa uhuni huu.

Ndiyo maana siwezi kuuita ni mafanikio. Ni wizi.

Minara inatakiwa ikae mahala ambapo inaweza kutoa mawasiliano. Wewe unapeleka mnara kwa mjomba wako. Mjomba na wewe mnafaidika. Mnatajirika. Mkazi anasema hayo ni mafanikio na sisi tukiyaongelea unataka itoke picha kwamba tunaona wivu!

Lakini kupeleka malalamiko haya hakuwafanyi wanaojua kilicho behind the scenes kusema wanachokijua.

Kimsingi wengine hatupendi kuwa kama sehemu ya kutumika kutetea uovu unapoanza kushughulikiwa. Ushuhuda wa wizi ndani ya Vodacom na NSN hauhitaji ushahidi kama wewe umekuwa mfuatiliaji wa kampuni hizi.

Uko wazi na ule unaoripotiwa magazetini kama wizi wa MPESA ni cha mtoto.

Kama Serikali yako haifanyia uthibiti kujua iweje mtu wa miaka minane kazini ana majumba matatu ya shs. milioni 80 kila moja, serikali ikaacha kufuatilia kwa mshahara wa kija huyo kayapataje haya, basi wawekezaji hawana security intelligence kama serikali na hivyo watafanya kilicho ndani ya uwezo wao.

Vodacom imeingia hapa nchini lini. Nadhani ni mwaka 2002. NSN imeingia hapa nchini lini? SIna hakika lakini nadhani ni kabla ya 2005. Kwa nini madai haya hawa wazawa wa Vodacom na NSN wamekaa nayo miaka yote na sasa wanayaleta leo yaani 2012?

Ni wazi kabisa kuna jambo limetokea na hivyo wanakuja mitandaoni kupata moral support na kwa sababu hatujui kilicho nyuma wanajua watatuokota watanzania wengi tukurupuke kuwatetea kwamba wanatetea ajira zao.

Kama ni wingi wa experts basi wingi huo ulikuwa mwingi wakati Vodacom inaingia kuliko wakati wowote. Kitengo cha ufundi kilikuwa kinaendeshwa na SIEMENS na hakukuwa na mzawa hata mmoja.

Sijui kilitokea nini humo ndani ya kampuni hawa SIEMENS wakaondoa na wazawa wakawa wengi wakaajiriwa humo VODACOM na baadaye wakachukuliwa NSN.

Hivyo, kumbe hali ya wazawa kupewa nafasi ni kwamba walipewa SIEMENS walipoondoka. Leo hawa jamaa wa NSN wanakuja na madai haya ambayo huko nyuma waliweza kuyashughulikia humohumo ndani na wakafaulu iweje leo wasifaulu. Je, wamedhulumiana ufisadi sasa kila mtu anataka popular support humu mitandaoni?

Hivyo, tunatakiwa tutafiti hasa kilicho nyuma ya hili kuliko kukimbilia ushabiki ambapo tutajikuta tunatetea mtu na ajenda yake kama jinsi mle bungeni watu walikimbilia kutetea TANESCO kumbe kuna wabunge walikuwa wanafaidika na utetezi ule.

Ninachokifahamu ni kwamba wafanyakazi wengi Tanzania huwa hawana habari na na hawataki kabisa kusikia neno "haki zao".

Pia hawana habari na sheria. Tena ukiwatajia sheria hata kama ni sheria ya kazi basi wanakimbia na kukuacha kwamba "umeanza kutuletea mambo yako". Kwamba unawachelewesha kazi zao na unaletea siasa!

Ukitizama kwa undani unagundua kwamba hawataki kutetea haki zao kwa sababu kuna jinsi wanafaidika na waajiri hawa na hivyo wewe na sheria zako unawapotezea muda.

Sasa hawa waajiri wanaijua hali hii. Wanawadekeza kama wanawapenda staff wasiojua sheria lakini wakijua kabisa si productive ni watu wa kujipendekeza tu au ni watu wa kufisadi tu. Kumbe waajiri kimyakimya wanakuwa wanabuni njia ya kitaalamu ya kuondokana nao.

Hivyo, ukiona mfanyakazi wa Tanzania analeta vitu mtandaoni hivi na anataja sheria au vyombo vya sheria basi hapo ujue maji yamemfika shingoni kwa maana ya kwamba ama amekaribia kufukuzwa au kupewa redundancy!

Kwa hali hii mimi naamini kwamba kuna redundancy imekaribia kuwapata baadhi ya staff wa NSN au Vodacom na hivyo wanatafuta huruma huku mitandaoni.

Mtu kama mimi ni lazima niwe muangalifu kutetea jambo kwenye hali kama hii.

Unachosema kina ukweli kwa asilimia kubwa sana...ngoja tuone mambo yanavyokwenda.

Re: Foreign Expatriates in Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) TANZANIA
We would like to table our complaints regarding unacceptable foreign expatriates’ employment practices at
NSN for your attention and appropriate action.
We understand that one of the important reasons for encouraging investments in our country is to create
and increase employment opportunities for Tanzanians. However, it is increasingly becoming a tendency
for foreign workers to get employment opportunities and sometimes to be preferred employees in position,
professions and jobs that many Tanzanians are qualified for and can do, and one such a case is to be
found in NSN. We would like to present the following issues for your attention:

1. The following foreign employees are some of the expatriates working at NSN in positions, jobs and
with expertise abundantly available among local Tanzanians, and they therefore reduce the
chances and opportunities of Tanzanians to be employed.
2. We doubt whether some of these foreign employees have genuine work permits that actually
reflects what they are doing, because of their tendency to leave the country for a few days, often
when their visas are about to expire and re-enter, and therefore getting visas extension and
thereby abusing Tanzanians hospitality.
3. The above employees, are some of those who have had extended stay in the country, and are
different from many who come on short term basis for projects that can be done by Tanzanians
4. Several times we have witnessed officials from immigration services department coming and
leaving in ‘questionable’ circumstances which leads to rife speculations that there are probably
dubious and unethical practices going on to maintain and protect the status quo.
5. Employed Tanzanians are increasingly subjected to difficult working conditions and frustrations as
a strategy towards forcing them to resign and find the working environment unbearable, to give
room to more foreign employees especially from India to get employment opportunities.
6. It would be best to scrutinize the legality and viability of the contract between Vodacom and NSN,
and whether it does not breach respective laws of the land. Moreover, the said contract had
contravened many rights of local employees, as your investigations would certainly and more
specifically reveal.
7. The adopted NSN strategy which seeks to centralize its services through a ‘global services
delivery approach’ is being implemented and the looming transfer of Network Operations functions
and other strategic measures being rolled out is set to render many local employees unemployed
and even curtail the prospects of future employment opportunities. These measures apart from
affecting immediate employees, they also have a long-term implication to the nation.
We hope your esteemed offices will choose to take this matter seriously and out of patriotism endeavor to
ensure that profound screening is carried out and appropriate subsequent measures undertaken.

Nchi kwa kukosa uongozi imara imekuwa kama jamvi la wageni. Unaweza kushuhudia wageni wanavyoingia na kuchukua wanachotaka na kutoka bila bughudha. Subirini bado kiama kinakuja siku si nyingi pale wakazi wote wa Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda na kwingineko watakapoingia na kuchukua kuanzia ajira, ardhi, rasilimali zote kwa sababu milango imeshafunguliwa na viongozi wetu mazezeta. Ee Mungu tunusuru na janga hili.... Amen
 
Ni kweli tumekuwa tukiwapa ajira watu wa nje kuliko hapaa nchini hiki kitu hakifanyiki sehemu nyingine duniani ila Tanzania. Lakini wakati nawatetea watanzania wapewe kipaumbele kwenye ajira nao inabidi waache tamaa za kutajirika haraka haraka kwani sasa wengi wamekuwa wezi juzi juzi tumesikia walivyoiba pesa m pesa na kwenye mabenki hii inawajengea hoja wale wasiotaka kuajiri watanzania kwani takwimu za uhalifu ziko polisi

[TD="width: 538"] Stella Yinza Kiwango recently joined the World Agroforestry Centre in February 2012 as Director of Administration responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the Centre as well as Human Resources.
With over twenty years of experience in similar capacities in both the public and private sectors, Stella joins the Centre from Vodacom Tanzania, where her major contribution was in the area of Human Resources and organizational capacity building. Prior to that, she worked with BP Tanzania, leading the Human Resources function in Tanzania and also part of a diverse global and regional team engaged in the harmonization of global HR policies and procedures across the company.
Before that, Stella started her career with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors where, as Administrative and Personnel Manager, she was instrumental to the institution's development and was a forerunner in enabling the organization to solicit and implement donor funded technical assistance projects related, among other areas, to administrative and human capital capacity building.
Stella holds a Master's and Postgraduate qualification in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, where she majored in Development Administration.
