UTEUZI WA KAIMU MKURUGENZI MTENDAJI MPYA WA BENKI YA BIASHARA YA TIB (TIB CORPORATE BANK LTD)
TIB Corporate Bank Ltd (TIB CBL) ni Benki ya biashara inayomilikiwa na Serikali. Benki inatoa huduma zote za kibenki za kibishara kwa mashirika na taasisi za aina mbalimbali za serikali na binafsi ,pia benki inatoa huduma kwa watu binafsi. Benki ina matawi 7 kwa sasa, Dar es salaam (3), Mwanza , Arusha, Mbeya na Dodoma.
Kwa mamlaka iliyopewa Benki kuu imechukua uamuzi wa kusitisha uteuzi wa Bw. Frank Nyabundege kuanzia tarehe 13 Julai 2019, kufuatia usitishwaji huo imemteua Bw. Fred Luvanda kuwa Kaimu Mkurugenzi Mtendaji. Benki kuu ilichukua uamuzi huo chini ya mamlaka iliyopewa kwa mujibu wa kifungu cha sheria namba 33(1) na 33(2)(f) pamoja na 33 (2)(b)cha sheria ya Mabenki na Taasisi za fedha ya mwaka 2006.
Ndugu waandishi wa habari, mkiwa na kazi kubwa ya kuhabarisha umma tunaomba muweze kutoa taarifa sahihi kuwa Benki ya TIB Corporate haiko chini ya usimamizi wa mabenki bali ni mabadiliko ya uongozi wa juu tu. (Aliyeondolewa ni Mkurugenzi Mtendaji). Benki ya TIB Corporate inaendelea kuhudumia wateja wake kama kawaida kwa ubora na ufanisi wa hali ya juu.
Nachukua nafasi hii kuwatoa wasiwasi wateja na wadau wote wa benki ya Biashara TIB na wananchi kwa ujumla, wajue kuwa huduma zinaendelea kama kawaida, pia mfahamu kuwa Serikali na Benki kuu inatambua umuhimu wa Benki hii hivyo itaendelea kutoa ushirikiano wa karibu ili kuhakikisha Benki inazidi kuboresha huduma zake na kukua kwa maendeleo ya nchi yetu.

APPOINTMENT OF ACTING MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR TIB CORPORATE BANK LTD
TIB Corporate Bank Ltd (TIB- CBL) is a fully fledged commercial bank, owned by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania.
The Bank has a branch network in main cities of Tanzania, 3 in Dar-Es-Salaam namely Samora, Mlimani City and TPA mini branch and 4 branches upcountry namely; Arusha, Mwanza, Mbeya and Dodoma. The bank offers customized products including credit facilities, trade finance, cash management and treasury products.
Pursuant to the of section 33(1), 33(2)(f) and 33(2)(b) of the Banking and Financial Institutional Act,2006 the Bank of Tanzania decided to suspend appointment of Mr. Frank Nyabundege with effect from 13th July 2019. Consequently has appointed Mr. Fred Luvanda to oversee the affairs and daily business operations of the bank.
Regarding this decision, we would like to clarify to the public that the bank is NOT under Bank of Tanzania (BOT) Statutory Management. The decision done is suspension of the Managing Director only. The bank shall continue with its normal operations to serve customers proficiently and diligently.
We take this opportunity to request our esteemed clients and other stakeholders to remain calm and assure you that the Government and Bank of Tanzania understand clearly the importance of this bank and they will continue to provide necessary support to TIB Corporate Bank Ltd to ensure that the bank achieve its desired objectives for the benefit of the country.

Benki kuu ilichukua uamuzi huo chini ya mamlaka iliyopewa kwa mujibu wa kifungu cha sheria namba 33(1) na 33(2)(f) pamoja na 33 (2)(b)cha sheria ya Mabenki na Taasisi za fedha ya mwaka 2006.
