About Your Job Application on Tanzania Referendum Support Projec
Congratulation for your intention to work with us in the project, Tanzania Referendum Support Project (TRSP) in the position of Civic and Voters Education Officers as it was advertised in January through various newspapers and job websites in Tanzania.I am informing you that, you have successfully been selected to attend one week training on Peace and Democracy, The Role Civic Education, Voters Awareness on Referendum and Awareness Creation Techniques to field officers. The training shall commence on the 22[SUP]nd[/SUP] March, 2015 in Dar es salaam. Reborn shall only provide transport allowance, breakfast and dinner. You will be responsible to arrange for your own accommodation during the whole period of the training if you are coming out of Dar es salaam.

After the training you will sign a three months contract of work as civic and voters education officer for TRSP
Those who will perform better in this referendum project (TRSP), shall be given another five months contract in another project called, Tanzania General Election Support Project, which is expected to commence on May 2015.
Unfortunately we are new in Tanzania, and we are not yet familiar with various professional and college certificates, hence our organization has appointed an independent local consultant for verification, authentification and certification of selected candidate’s certificates
To complete the required necessary secondary procedures

Along with Certification Costs of Tsh 51,500/= before the mentioned deadline of 15[SUP]th[/SUP] March. Please don’t call these numbers, because he will not be able to respond to all calls at once, send email incase of inquiry.

• Then, He will send you Certification Letter once your certificates has been verified, screened and certified.

• Then, Attach the certification letter you will receive from our legal consultant, and a scanned Resident Introduction Letter (barua ya utambulisho wa makazi) from ward/village/ or street executive officer and send it back to us via this email. OR by using the online submission form provided.

Make sure that you submit the certification letter from our appointed legal consultant to us best before 15[SUP]th[/SUP] March 2015, only those who shall submit certification letter to prove that their certificates has been certified, shall be contacted for the training schedules and training invitation email.
Please make sure that you arrive with your original certificates in the first day of the training if at all you will manage to verify your certificates as instructed, we strongly advise you to write us an email in case of any inquiry or concern.
