Moja ya mambo ambayo nayaogopa kwelikweli hivi sasa ni mchakato wa katiba mpya!

Nilianza kuogopa mchakato wa katiba mpya mara baada ya makundi kuanza kujitokeza yakidai katiba ibadilishwe eti ili JPM aongezewe muda wakati alikuwa hajamaliza hata miaka miwili!

Hofu ikaendelea pale walipojitokeza akina Mkamia eti tubadili katiba kutoka miaka 5 ya sasa hadi miaka 7!

Makundi haya yakaniogopesha na kunitia kihoro! Hayo yalikuwa ni makundi ya CCM na Pro-JPM!

Lakini kuna kundi lingine! Hawa ni wafuasi wa upinzani!

Kundi hili jipya hawataki kabisa kusikia tunafanya marekebisho ya katiba yanayolenga kumfanya JPM aendelee kuwa madarakani muda mrefu zaidi!

Kundi hili la upinzani wanataka mchakato wa katiba mpya! Maskini ya Mungu hawafahamu kwamba wanachotaka ni ku-endorse matakwa ya baadhi ya wana-CCM na pro-JPM!

Kwamba, leo hii ukifanyika mchakato wa katiba mpya; focus ya CCM itakuwa ni JPM kuongezewa muda wa kuishi madarakani! Na hilo CCM wakilitaka, hakuna wa kuwazuia cuz' they have enough boots on the ground while you guys have enough virtual boots on the cyberspace!!

Mchakato wa katiba mpya unafanyika on the ground and not on the cyberspace (mitandaoni). Hii maana yake ni kwamba, hata kama mchakato unakuwa Free & Fair; bado hoja za CCM zitapita tu!

Mbaya zaidi, hata wale walio above average, majority ni watu wa kujipendekeza ili kutafuta au kulinda madaraka yao.

Kumbukeni povu la the guy so called Palamagamba Kabudi wakati wa Rasimu ya Warioba na Kabudi huyu wa sasa!

Nahisi tumbo kukata endapo watatokea CCM na Pro-JPM wakaanzisha movement za kutaka katiba mpya!

Yaani watanoga kwelikweli duniani na machoni mwa wana-demokrasia kiasi kwamba, atakayewapinga atakuwa anaishangaza dunia!

You've point but I hate to break the news that CCM are genius when it comes to politics!! And trust me, if they'd invest in national economy only 50% of their brain in politics; today Tanzania would probably be much better than Kenya if not even South Africa!!

Unfortunately, we're talking about politics here... CCM's home playing field!

Hadi leo watanzania hatujaiba hata technolojia ya kutengeneza baiskel? Kwann tusiseme baiskel sasa tunazizalisha Tanzania?

Kwanini tuwaze kuwa katiba ndio kila kitu ili hali tunaoutulivu na tunaouwezo wa kupata VISA kusoma nje, kwann tusirudi na technolojia tukaiwekeza hapa inchini.


Mimi ningekuwa Raisi, ningewainua wote hao wenye ideas ya kutengeneza helkopta, Hydro electrical power plant kwa kuwekeza kielimu na kifedha kwa manufaa ya nchi, na sharti la kupata VISA kwa hao wanaoenda nje kusomea degree ya pili au ya tatu ya masomo ya sayansi sharti waandike paper nitakayojiridhisha wanaenda kutuletea technolojia ipi mpya/ ambayo haipo hapa inchini?

Tunapoteza muda mtandaoni kwa mambo ya ajabu ajabu, unakuta mtu ni engineer ana mwezi au zaidi ...hajawahi soma article yoyote ya engineering field yake tokea alipomaliza chuo, what a hell?

Yes sure they are so so genius in this(political) field, but they should stop blaming that Tanzanian are the laziest people, that European and western countries steal from us (why steal from us and CCM has been in power since 1961 during TANU, (one party system to multipartism) ) and by the time(and now) those are the one who has the authority to manage all resources that are grounded inside our national borders.

By now we need new constitution that will reduce the power of President and create the Constitution that will secure our resources so as a country we can move on and compete with others in terms of citizens condition against other countries.

New Constitution?! Of course I'd love to have new constitution too but this's not just about a new constitution but a constitution that will serve the dream of the people!!

The question is: Can you get that constitution now when the country has the president who acts like Supreme Leader?! Can we get that constitution when the country has the president with unwritten supreme unquestionable power who can openly interfere other branches of power?! Can we have that constitution now when majority of the average people are already manipulated to believing our supreme leader is a long awaited Messiah who needs to remain in power for more and more years?!

Will today's new constitution process help to get what we want or what they want... will it not be used to endorse the need to amend presidential terms and tenure in the office?!
