Tuige BOT ya Nairobi Express Road yenye Toll Fee ili kuondoa foleni za magari

Wengi hawajui kuwa zamani kulikuwa na vibanda vya road toll ambayo sasa imehamishiwa kwenye mafuta.
Vile vituo vya tolls vilianzishwa na Cleopa Msuya Waziri wa Fedha wakati huo.
Toll ile ilikuwa kwa uwekezaji wa serikali ambapo Stephen Kibona aliyemrithi mikoba pale Fedha alishauri na kueleweka kuondoa road toll.

Lakini hii mada ni tofauti toll inakusanywa na muwekezaji kurudisha mtaji wake.
Serikali haijaingiza hata senti tano kwenye mradi.
 
Nimesikiliza sasa hivi KBC-Kenya Broadcasting Corporation ambapo wajumbe wa jiji la Nairobi walikuwa wakipokea ripoti ya ujenzi wa Nairobi Expressway, barabara ya kwenda Mombasa kutoa magari nje ya Jiji la Nairobi.

Barabara hii inajengwa na mkandarasi mchina aliyetafuta mwenyewe fedha za ujenzi. Na akimaliza ujenzi watumiaji wa barabara hutakiwa kuilipia kila wapitapo, yaani road toll.

Mkandarasi na financier wanalipwa road toll kwa miaka saba kabla ya mradi kurudishwa Serikalini. Katika muda huo mkandarasi mchina atafanya matengenezo yote yahitajiwapo. Hii ni Build Operate and Transfer(BOT) ambayo hata hapa Tanzania imezungumziwa sana. Kuna miradi inafaa kuigwa.

Transport Principal Secretary Paul Maringa has assured that the 27-kilometer expressway will not interfere with Uhuru Park.

Motorists using the road to be completed in the next three years will part with 300 shillings paid directly to the project financier.

After the public debt rose to more than 5.8 trillion shillings, the government has been keen to leverage on the Public-Private Partnerships to construct major infrastructural projects including key roads.

Hiyo barabarani unayoisifia Nairobi, ungejua wakenya wanataka kuandamana ili sijengwe sababu ni ufisadi mtupu, ni barabara fupi sana haizi kilometres 22 lakini imegharimu pesa ambazo zinatosha kujenga SGR kutoka Dar mpaka Moro na change ikabaki na mchina ataimiliki hiyo barabara mpaka 2055

Mkuu kutoelewa kwako kusikufanye mshamba.
Barabara za road toll ni za kawaida kabisa kwa nchi zinazojielewa.
Hapo haitumiki hela yako kiduchu ya kununulia maharage, kampuniinayojenga hiyo barabara inawekeza na inalipwa kwa hiyo road toll hadi deni lote lilipwe.
Waheshimwa kama ninyi wa kutandaza nyanya na mitumba bado sehemu yenu ipo, mtategemea barabara za kodi za wananchi kama mtaa wa Kongo.
Hela ya wanyonge haitatumika hapo na wala haihitajiki.

Uhuru park ingemezwa kweli, punguza ushabiki maandazi. Serikali yenyewe imekili kosa na kuamua kupitia upya mchoro. Kenya mnafanya vitu kama hamna wataalamu, kila siku vibweka tu.

Hawa viongozi wa Tanzania hawawezi kufanya hivyo maana wao wanaangalia teni pasenti kabla ya kupitisha mradi.
