Tigo inapenda kuwaarifu kwamba tumeanzisha huduma mpya ya kwenye "Social Media" ambapo kuna huduma nyingi unaweza kupata kwa kupitia njia hii. Tigo kwenye Web 2.0 ni hususani kuwa karibu na wewe mteja wetu ili tukusikie vizuri na tunaweze kujibu maswali, maaoni na kauli zako. Pia Tigo inaweza kujibu kuhusu mambo mengi yanayokukabili.

Kwa mda mchache tu, tumeone kwamba wengi mnamatatizo ya mtandao ambayo yanihitaji kuangaliwa kiundani zaidi na kupata suluhisho kamili linalo wagusa weteja wote sio mmoja tu.

Lakini this is unofficial news....! management ya tigo bado hawajaitangaza ....! gharama za uendeshaji zimepanda
