In this thread I am dealing with the third level/standard.
Very few Tanzanians make it into the second let alone first.

Nay. Kila level ina vinara wake japo wapo walio katika level zaidi ya moja. Ndio maana hata shuleni kulikuwa na vipanga wa darasa, mikondo, shule, kanda na taifa. Humu tunaangalia vinara wa ndani ya Tanzania. Miaka ya 1800 kila sehemu ilikuwa na vinara wake ila kitaifa vinara ndio hao kina Mkwawa, Kinjeketile, Chabruma na wengine wachache. Na miaka ya 1900 vinara wa kitaifa hawakuwa wengi. Hakuna affirmative action hapo. Hao wanaotaka tuwaweke watu tu eti kisa walikuwa makanali na majenerali ndio wanataka kufanya hivyo.

Call it military genius or war genius. If you mean what the term is, you can't pointlessly include those you think to be figures such as Mboma without reckoning to the history. Can you just give only one of Mboma's genius.
I don't want to go to the history of military Genius like Samori Touri who invented the method known as scotching earth or Moshe Dayan and other military gurus. Even Arjuma in this case is better than your "military genius" Mboma. If anything, Mboma is a dastard military genius.

Robert mboma was genius in his profession as a fighter pilot. He performed well during his studies in russia (former soviet union), he fought well in kagera war, his maneuver was incredible so to speak. Mboma kaharibu sifa yake kwa kukubali kushirikishwa kwenye ufisadi na wanasiasa wenye uchu wa ccm kwa kulitumia jeshi.
