I recall at the time when the campaign to force TANESCO to buy DOWANS plants had reached certain peaks, the then MD for TANESCO warned about imminent power shedding hardships that would leave the country dark! We are now experiencing that reality. That fact combined with what ICC delivered has prompted me to find a similar thread that was posted in JF on the same subject. Could anyone assist and lead into that thread?
