I personally have never rated Mr Sumaye, his performance during his premiere was nothing but total failure in terms of actual productivity, corruption, economy and leadership abilities.

Mr Mkapa despite his intelligence made a fool of himself with this guy during his tenure. Massive corruption scandals and total despair of the TZ citizens occurred during this era.

Mbowe did a massive job bringing Mr Lowassa on board, but He also has made a 'critical' defining' mistake in letting Mr Sumaye close to UKAWA campaigns especially as a front liner. (His image to Tanzanians is that of a 'zero'corruptive' leader and from my perceptive he has done and still doing more harm to Lowassa and his presidency campaign than any good he has done).

He made tremendously errors during his first speech, got away with it, and now HE is slowly eating Edward, I wonder if this is not a deliberately calculated move from CCM(He is an informer)

Mnyika, Lissu, Mbatia and maybe Masha should be leading UKAWA campaigns, not Sumaye.

Mr Sumaye in my own thinking has his OWN agenda, not that of putting Edward in the big office Pasco, @yericho nyerere

The few billboards in Dar and Arusha are peanuts compared to the overflow of Magufuli posters, giant and small billboards in ALL cities and towns.
Lowassa team's only strategy is to fill people up for each meeting for a photo op so later they can claim that he should have won judged on the crowds he pulled.
Unfortunately two can play the game and CCM can pull twice or thrice as much people.
Finally about Sumaye: he is nothing but a liability and a whiner! He has not only NOT added to the campaign but every time we see him whispering in Lowassa's ear we are reminded that he is the "back up plan" in case Lowassa "drops out" ( euphemism for drop dead). How disgusting is that? On top of that Sumaye has nothing intelligent or interesting to say to us.
These two former prime ministers are old and stale while Magufuli looks younger and more dynamic. How much more wrong can you go?
If you happen to be one of those strategists you should be fired!
