This is a technical advice.
There has been tremendous frustrating terroristic and/or gang attacks targeting CHADEMA leaders and its fans during party's campaigns rally, officially renowned as M4C. Recent example is the deadly 15th June, 2013 Arusha bomb blast that killed several, leaving dozens severely wounded and others in critical conditions. CHADEMA administration should not expect that these incidences would end up tomorrow or at least sooner!
CHADEMA Security Team should now opt for sophisticated surveillance cameras (I would say satellites, but that is to high, though there are affordable ones!) to make sure that they clearly capture whatever is going on in the scene. These cameras could be positioned cleverly under careful control and connected to a remote backup (optional).
"These uses of surveillance cameras are uncontroversial......, the surveillance cameras are technologically sophisticated and can for example enlarge the photographed images, take pictures at night, enable face recognition by matching facial features of a person photographed by the camera with a database of facial features, and even follow a vehicle or pedestrian as it or he goes out of the range of one camera and into the range of another ......".
