those are not soldiers, those are field force police. stop magnifying situations. It looks like a lockdown in town, and might been caused by a number of reasons, it could be a terrorist alert, illegal demonstration alert etc. In any orderly society these things are expected at some point.

Why putting a lot of Security Forces in the Streets in the Country which is not at war?

Why the Chairman of Zanzibar Electoral Commission Jecha Salim Jecha announced the nullifying of the results of Presidentoal election while he knows that he doesn't have constitutional powers of doing so?

That can only happen in Tanzania, the country which always tells the World that it practices a multi party system and it is a Democratic Country!

While actually it continues exercising a single party system.

Just tell the citizens why the security alert. I guess that's what Scarlet wants to know, what has warranted that much security presence. People should have their freedom of movement and as such they have every right to be told what is cooking. That's how things are run in civilized society.
