Nina mdogo amemamliza F4 ndio anangoja majibu; Nilitaka afanye mitihani ya SAT(Scholastic Aptitude Test) . Naomba muongozo kwa yeyote anaye jua kituo cha kujiandikisha, gharama kwa hapa bongo, na test centers. Pia naomba mwenye materials kwaajiri ya kujiandaa na SAT(CD ama vitabu).

There are two test centers that administer the SAT in Tanzania:
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF TANGANYIKA
located in Masaki, Dar es Salaam and INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF MOSHI located in Moshi, Kilimanjaro


ACT
The American College Test (ACT) measures student achievement in English, math, reading and science reasoning; also has an optional writing section. The ACT is offered 5 times a year in Tanzania. The ACT websiteprovides detailed information on registration and testing fees.


There are two test centers that administer the ACT in Tanzania

HAVEN OF PEACE ACADEMY LOCATED IN Kunduchi, Dar es Salaam and INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF MOSHI located in Moshi, Kilimanjaro

English Language Ability

TOEFL
The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is offered on average three times a month in Tanzania. TheTOEFL website provides information on costs, payment methods, test dates and procedures, as well as useful test preparation information.

There are two test centers that administer the TOFEL in Tanzania:

THE MWALIMU NYERERE MEMORIAL ACADEMYlocated in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam.THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF MOSHI in Moshi, Kilimanjaro.

Please check individual university websites for specific admission requirements for graduate programs (Master’s, including M.B.A., and Ph.D.) to confirm which exams are required. The TOEFL exam is often required.

GRE
The Graduate Record Exam (GRE) for post-graduate studies is offered multiple times a month in Tanzania. The GRE website has information on costs, test dates, and useful test preparation info.There is one test center that administers the GRE in Tanzania:

The Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy located in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam.

GMAT
The Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) for Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) programs is offered multiple times a month at Pearson Professional Centres in Sandton, Johannesburg and the International Testing Center in Pretoria. The GMAT website has information on test dates and procedures.

The GMAT is no longer offered in Tanzania. Candidates who need to take the GMAT must travel to Nairobi or another city in the region that has a GMAT test center to take the Test.

Preparation materials for all the standardized tests are available at the U.S. Embassy Dar es Salaam’s Information and Resource Center
