Mringo is our modern day case study that demonstrates its possible to come from ordinary background and still get rich in Tanzania...
This guy started from bottom few years ago but now he owns couple of skyscraper in Dar.. In the past five or six years, he has made a number of contribution that affect Tanzania as a country positively...
Apart from helping in changing the face of the city with ultramodern structures, his company Derm Electrics has done much in rural electrification as well as providing jobs.
Different from many billionaires, he is very keen of supporting local economy because he buys a lot domestically rather than importing what is available in the domestic market.
The guy is very discreet and media shy, that is why he has largely remained anonymous...

Yes.. But so far his company was the best local company to carry such projects.... Many other electrical company were not capable and were defaulting on their contracts.. This turned out to be an opportunity for him.... And that is what an entrepeneure does...

Wabongo mna mtimanyongo sana! Mbona hamzungumzii Wachina walionufaika na miradi ya NSSF? Kwa vile Mringo ni mbantu ndio maana mnamuonea wivu.. Kina CRJE and the like made money ten times than Mringo but hamuwaongelei kwa ubaya.. Kwa wachina mnaona ilikuwa haki yao kutengeneza pesa kwa vile ni ngozi nyeupe ila kwa kuwa Mringo ni ngozi nyeusi basi hana haki ya kutengeneza pesa tena kwenye nchi yake! This is absurd!

Let's be more precise and avoid exaggeration, a billionaire is person who has money, property, etc. that is worth at least 1,000,000,000 dollars. So far TZ tuna billionaire mmoja tu.

Again ni vizuri kutumia lugha ya Kiswahili endapo Kingereza kinakushinda. Huwezi andika vitu kama 'annonimous', 'rurar'.

Kwani Ndugu hii thread inahusu wa china au Mringo?ulitaka tutoke nje ya mada tuzungumzie wachina?leta thread ya wachina,tutaanza tutawajadili huko...by the way hakuna anaemuonea wivu,unaanzaje kumuona wivu mtu ambae ni rahisi kwa ngamia kupita kwenye tundu la sindano kuliko yy kuiona heaven...
