I would appreciate input on possible options for a remote non-forensic SMS collection. We have 20-22 custodians from whom we would like to collect SMS messages. These are the type of people who will not consider being without their phones and the matter is a non-forensic examination.
Does anyone here in JF know of a tool for remote collection of only a cell phones SMS? A quick Google search gave me some third party apps, and it may be possible to get the messages through the mobile provider, but I wanted to see if anyone out there had any experience with this type of project. Thanks in advance.
