Spurs midfielder Dele Alli is a shock transfer target for Spanish giants Real Madrid, according to Spanish sources.
Alli has emerged as one of England’s brightest young talents since his £5million move to White Hart Lane from MK Dons last season, and has played an instrumental role in Spurs’ Premier League title challenge this season.
The 19-year-old has scored 7 goals and provided 6 assists in his 1st season in the Premier League, and his form soon caught the eye of England manager Roy Hodgson.
Alli has since earned 4 England caps and scored a stunning goal on his first start, firing a long-range effort past Spurs teammate Hugo Lloris in a 2-0 friendly win against France.
Now reports in Spain suggest that the incredible rise of Alli has alerted Real Madrid, who have a history of signing Spurs stars with both Gareth Bale and Luka Modric currently at the club. [Source Don Balon]
