Casemiro wishes to depart Real Madrid after falling down the pecking order following the arrival of Zinedine Zidane as coach, according to Spanish sources.

The Frenchman has a preference for Luka Modric and Toni Kroos in the centre of the field, which has marginalised the 23-year-old Brazil international.

Under the regime of Rafa Benitez, he had been promised regular football and had signed a contract that ran until 2021, yet with the Spaniard’s sacking his prospects have grown increasingly dim and he now wishes to move away from the club

Zinedine Zidane has insisted in his pre match conference yesterday that Real Madrid “have faith” in their ability to win La Liga ahead the Granada game.

Madrid's chances of winning the league?

“We all have faith in the League, The players especially know the situation. We know it’s difficult, but we’ll keep going until it’s mathematically impossible"

Granada game?

“We know it’s difficult away from home, so we have to start strongly and have a different game than against Betis. We can’t drop any more points."

Neymar?

“I can’t say much about Neymar. He plays well, some players like him, others don’t. It’s normal that some teams don’t like his tricks, but he puts on a good show. The fans enjoy players like him."

Ronaldo?

“I retired at 34 and it’s not that I took care of myself, but everyone can see how much Cristiano does. He’s just turned 31 years and turned into a beast. I think he has many more years at the highest level, and I hope they’ll be at Madrid."

“In addition to his goals and statistics, his best trait is his determination. My relationship with Cristiano is that I feel admiration for him, for the goals which he scores and everything he does."

“All football lovers worship Cristiano. He is never happy with what he does and always wants more. I admire him and I hope it continues because he’s a super-important player for the team and I.”

Eden Hazard admits he is flattered by the interest from Zinedine Zidane and says he would welcome the chance to play under the World Cup winner.

Hazard stated the following:

Zidane's compliment?

“It is always nice to hear that the player I admired during my childhood speaking about me"

“I have always appreciated Zidane. I know about him as a player but not so much as a coach, although he has been very successful debut at the Bernabeu. But I am still under contract at Chelsea and I feel fine.”

Work under Zidane in the future?

"Yes, of course."

Zidane admiration?

“When I was little, I watched him on TV and on the internet for hours. I spoke Zidane, I ate Zidane."

I think Hazard isn't a threat to any of those. He should replace either Crying 7, or Gareth terriB(a)le

I don't think signing him would help winning the titles. There is so many questions about his performance this year and I don't agree with his overrated price either. Rather have a strong striker with brain who can replace Cristiano.
