Those who think that Perez gonna sack Zidane must know that Zidane is a darling boy of Florentino Perez. Club insiders even say that Zidane is Perez's adopted son, all of the Zidane's sons play for Madrid's junior teams, Zidane was once a director of Madrid in Mourinho's era (Techically he was Mourinho's boss) then Perez made him Carlo's assistant (although Carlo never asked for Zidane as his assistant he already had Paul Clement) then Zidane was made Castillla's boss and to be Real Madrid manager was just a matter of time. All in the span of 10 years. So Perez will never sack Zidane, instead get ready for the new talents in the squad, as many young players admire him. If Zidane wants any player then Perez will buy no matter if he has to pay 200million for him.

Just like a matter of time for him to be a manager it also a matter of time for him to be sacked

The Zidane way!

Lets take a look at the that. I got some info about how he manages a team and which formations he use. I've been watching some of Castilla games since he taken charge of castilla.

Zidane's most favoured formation : 4-2-3-1
Style of play : Attractive Fully-Offensive play.
Ball-work is the staple of his training sessions and he don't bother his players with tactical analysis he uses straight words to connect with them.

The frenchmen likes counter-attacking football at times. with Castilla he has scored most of goals while counter attacking. His team scored 88 goals last season and conceded 48.

His second most favoured formation is 4-1-4-1. He likes to change into that formation depending on the game and opponent. In this formation he used Marcos Llorente as a CDM many times during games to restore balance.

The flaw in his managing system is that his team quite often looses control of the game and concedes. Fine Example ? In their last game they were 2-0 up and conceded 2 in 6 minutes. I'm sure he'll work on that.

I want everyone at the club from the Board of directors, executives, workers and all of the fans, know that it has been an honour and privilege to be in charge at this club.were I grew up as a person, player and coach from the lowest categories through to the first team. As a madridista from Madrid, steeped in the traditions and values of this institution, which I learned in the old sports city of Castellana, it has been an honour to work for these colours. I would especially like to thank everyone at the new sports city and the Santiago Bernabéu who since my first steps through the door have supported me and made my work easier. Thanks to all for helping.

With all that I have said still in mind, I would like to wish good luck to Zinedine Zidane,my successor, and his staff. To all the players, coaches and staff in both Valdebebas and Bernabéu, I wish all the best and also good luck.

According to some reports Zidane will run his team by his own will and will not care about President's favourites.

Dani Carvajal will play ahead of Danilo in the picking order. Form is everything according to Zidane.
