OPEN CALL | ART EXHIBITION
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Wasemaje Art Exhibition seeks to provide a platform for artists to freely express what is currently on their mind through art, and for the public to engage with artistic interpretations of the experiences of Tanzania’s citizens. The exhibition is hosted by the Embassies of Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden in Tanzania. More information about the exhibition will follow. Health protocol will be observed.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
October 4, 2020 at 11.59 p.m.
ELIGIBLE SUBMISSION
Artwork in any discipline and medium that can be produced for a physical exhibition, including but not limited to photography, drawing, painting, sculpture and printed poetry and other types of creative writing. Printing and other production costs (within applied limits) will be covered by the Embassies. Due to limitations of the exhibition, performance-based art, video or audio will not be considered. The submitted work should have a short description attached explaining how it responds to the theme. The chosen artists will be able to sell their art at the exhibition.
