Financial Trader Associates
This Position is considered a key contributor to the Management of Securities Portfolio within the organization and will be the Primary Trader for certain Products of Fixed Income nature, Stocks and foreign exchange and indexes. The Position will perform analyses, maintain reports on certain Product portfolios, and engage with other areas of Treasury, This is an entry position long term contract will be issued solely based on performance

§ Being self-disciplined.
§ Having math skills and Computer skill especially excel and using internet
§ Being able to learn and perform technical and fundamental analysis
§ Having good interpersonal skills.
§ Being reliable and trustworthy.
§ Having knowledge of trading practices and financial market terminology.
§ Being an effective communicator and intelligent thinker
§ Able to work under pressure and still make good decision
§ Fluent in English and Swahili
§ Being able to adapt to unexpected situations
§ Willingness to trade and take position or making decision on many influencing
factor and stand on it without causing huge loss to the organization assets.
Education:
Applicants must have Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance, International Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Psychology.
