Kwa mujibu wa uamuzi wa Rais uliosambazwa katika mfumo wa sheria za serikali, Majenerali 5 waliokuwa wakitumika katika sehemu mbalimbli nchini humo kama vile wizara ya mambo ya ndani, wizara ya dharula, Baraza la uchunguzi na Huduma za magereza wamefutwa kazi.
Sababu zilizopelekea majenerali hao kufutwa kazi hazikuwekwa wazi.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has relieved several heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Investigative Committee, Federal Penitentiary Service and the Ministry of Emergencies. The corresponding decree is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
According to the document, there are five generals among them, including the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate at the Moscow Metro Nikolai Savchenko.
By the same decree, the head of state made a number of appointments to law enforcement agencies.
November 4, Putin fired more than ten generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergencies and the UK. So, four police major-generals who held senior positions in the Ministry of the Interior were removed from their posts.
