Kama alivyosema Amani hapo juu, ni kweli kuwa quote hiyo (Our real problem is not our strength today, it is rather the vital necessity of action today to ensure our strength tomorrow) inaweza kuandika kitabu kama ikitakiwa kutolewa maelezo. Ila naamini pia kuwa inajitosheleza kwa kiasi kikubwa. Kwa kuwa ameniomba nielezee, mimi nitafanya hivyo kwa maneno machache, nikiamini pia kuwa wachangiaji wengine watajitokeza kuongezea zaidi.

Watu wengi huogopa kujaribu, wakidhani kuwa hawana uwezo wa kufanya mambo makubwa (usipojiamini mwenyewe kwanza, si rahisi kuaminiwa), na wakati mwingine hukosa nia thabiti ya kufanya mambo makubwa yanayoweza kusababisha mambo mazuri zaidi kwao wenyewe na kwa jamii zao na hata kwa Taifa lao.
Mara nyingi tumesikia watu wakilalamikia hali ngumu ya maisha, uhaba wa hiki na kile, ubovu wa miundo mbinu, matendo yasiyokubalika yanayofanywa na watu mbalimbali katika jamii, mifumuko ya maradhi, madawa ya kulevya, vifo vinavyoweza kuzuilika, ukosefu wa haki na mambo mengi mengine. Ukiangalia hatua zinazochukuliwa kukabiliana na mambo hayo yanayowakera/kuwasumbua watu, utagundua kuwa hakuna jitihada za maana zinazochukuliwa au kufanyika. Hali inazidi kuwa mbaya, na kadiri watu wanavyoongezeka, ndivyo matatizo yanavyoongezeka pia. Imani yangu ni kuwa, "ukiahirisha tatizo, basi utakapoamua kulitatua, litakuwa limeshakuwa tatizo kubwa zaidi kuliko wakati ulipoliahirisha".
Kila mtu ana uwezo wa kipekee wa kuleta mabadiliko chanya katika jamii yake, endapo atakusudia kufanya hivyo. Hata kama mtu ana matatizo kiasi gani, anao uwezo wa kuamua kuyakabili matatizo yake, na kuwa na hali bora zaidi. Kuamua kushindwa kabla hujashindwa ndio kushindwa kwenyewe.
Even drugs addicts, if they decide to quit however hard it is to do so, they should know that some people have accomplished it before them. Mafanikio huleta faraja kubwa katika maisha. Kila mtu anayo stahili ya kufurahia maisha kwa kuamua kufanikiwa. Anachotakiwa kufanya ni kuamua kufanikiwa, kuweka mipango thabiti ya kufanikiwa, na kuchukua hatua za kufikia malengo yake. Perseverance towards set goals and to pursue the goals diligently is a way to success.
Optimism, self-leadership and action plans can help in focusing efforts and get anything accomplished on time, in desired quality and cost. By directing thoughts to find solutions and accomplishing them, you will not only increase performance, but also rid yourself from unnecessary stress.

This statement is too sweet, but it is difficult to be understood by common mwananchi. You can write a book about it. I wish it could be explained or be expounded more then just leaving it hanging like that. May you do that sr?
