great thinkers,naomba msaada,computer yangu haioneshi icons wala start menu,hii imetokea mara tu baada ya kuinstall avast antivirus,nifanyeje?

fanya repair ya windows

Press CTRL-ALT-DEL > file -> new task. type explorer.exe then Press OK! that should fix it

This will show your desktop icons but not solve the problem
To solve it just do this steps

1- copy "explorer.exe" from other clean computer (from C:\WINDOWS)
2- in your computer go to C:\WINDOWS
3- Click Tools > Folder Options > View > Show hidden files and folders
4- delete explorer.exe and any other files start with explorer...
5- Paste explorer.exe (which you copied from clean computer)
6- log off or restart
7- log on
