The way things are going on in our nation there is a need for a national conference to evaluate the last 50 years and lay a plan for the next 50 years.This national conference will involve experts from all sectors,economic,agriculture, livestock,tourism,fishing,health,planning,infrustructure,mining,university lecturers etc and anybody who the experts feel may help them in their work in coming up with way forward that will later be adopted by parliament and the plan will have to be implemented by anybody in power at that time.
This conference can come up with figures that the government will have to collect from mining,tourism,taxation,ports, airports,deep sea fishing and so on that the government can be measured on.They can come up with percentages that should be allocated to education,health,roads etc.
The conference can also come with recommendations to improve our education and the perrenial question of wether english should start in standard one as in all our neighbours. This conference should be given time to deliberate on these major issues without interference and interested people should be able to send their ideas to come up with a better Tanzania.
