Mr ZITO; the inspirational leader feels passionately about the vision and mission of the organization. Its true that vision and passion is very important, however people and CHADEMA as a whole must trust you ZZK, we need to believe in you because your person is as important as the direction you provide. I believe that ZITO is good upstairs but to be a good leader you need support which can only be achieved if you try for your level best to promote unity among the people of our organization (CHADEMA), the secret article prepared by you or your comrades (m1, m2, ...., and m3) is destroying the unity we had before, and on other hand it is destroying your personality. Hor. ZITO, you have to make us believe that you are pursuing your dream because it's the right thing to do, not just because you are ego driven. ZITO you could have achieve what you want through transparency and influencing people with your arguments but not through the secret document of yours.

You may be right, but with a little mind just let us ask ourselves, why every day just ZITO? from the issue of JULIANA SHOZA to this day you must have a picture of what's going on. first I thought Mr. ZITO would be punished at the time when he was cooperated with Shoza and Mwampamba, but I think the wise decisions were used for the benefit of Chadema. Let me tell you one thing; Mr. Kitila and Mwigamba are playing their cards by telling lie to deceiving us in order to preserve the status of their friend for the health of their plan in making him a chairman. BY THE WAY, why nowadays ccm members cares a lot about the strength of CHADEMA when it comes to issues that involves Mr. ZZK by advising us on his favor? I smell something unusual going on here, if he is real innocent and good as you have defending him, why don't you take him to your party.
