Claim:
The X caption claims Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni personally visited street children at 2am and gave them bread, adding a critical comment that he should instead help get them off the streets.
Findings:
Using Google Lens search, the clip indicates the man in the video is not the president but a content creator/impersonator associated with the handle @sammieandshawa, known for satirical or theatrical impersonations of Museveni, filming what appears to be a skit on the streets of Kampala.
JamiiCheck also found out that the Video was originally posted on the "Sammie and Shawa" YouTube channel on June 4, 2026.
Verdict: Misleading / False:
The video appears to show a comedic impersonator, not President Museveni, restaged as a skit rather than a genuine presidential outreach.
