msaada, my iphone is stuck

hi guys, my old iphone 1st generation has been stuck; l can not switch it off. when l punch up pass code, the dots are not highlighted. I can receive a call, but not make it. Nimejaribu kufungua mafile from the computer, they appear to be empty.
