Nina uhakika kwa 100% huwezi kufanya installation kama hiyo installer inategemea Service ya Windows Installer.

Installer ya Java inategemea Windows Installer Service. Kama ingekuwa ni installer nyingine ambayo haitegemei Windows Installer mfano kama VLC n.k unaweza kuinstall kama kawaida ukiwa kwenye safe mode/

Windows Installer ina limitation nyingi...
Limitation nyingine ya windows Installer ni inayo limit idadi ya installation kufanyika kwa wakati mmoja. (huwezi kuinstall zaidi ya software moja kwa wakati mmoja kama zote zinategemea Windows Installer) nadhani utakuwa umesha wahi kukutana na hii issue unambiwa subiri setup moja ikamilike ndo uendelee na installation nyingine

Process ya verification inayofanyika kwenye browser kabla ya ku-run itakuomba ruhusa kufanya hivyo. Inabidi uiruhusu ifanye mambo yake.
