Suala la assesement linafanyika kila mwaka na juu ya mkataba - kwa ujumla ni barua ya ajira tu iliyopo na haisemi lolote juu ya hatua zinazohusu work performance. Kama nilivyosema alikuwa shule huku akifanya kazi na kwa ruhusa ya ofisi, tendo la kumaliza tu ndio pilika hizo za kuonekana hana uwezo wa kazi na kukubaliwa kwenda shule ilikuwa ni motisha kwa watumishi kuwa kampuni inajali wafanyakazi bora.

Suala la assesement linafanyika kila mwaka na juu ya mkataba - kwa ujumla ni barua ya ajira tu iliyopo na haisemi lolote juu ya hatua zinazohusu work performance. Kama nilivyosema alikuwa shule huku akifanya kazi na kwa ruhusa ya ofisi, tendo la kumaliza tu ndio pilika hizo za kuonekana hana uwezo wa kazi na kukubaliwa kwenda shule ilikuwa ni motisha kwa watumishi kuwa kampuni inajali wafanyakazi bora.
Kama ulikua shule na ni kwa ruhusa ya ofisi its obvious u wudnt be able to dedicate 100% of your time kwa ofs lakin hii si tatizo cz wakat wakikupa ruhusa hili walilijua sasa grounds za poor performance walizozitoa ni zp?

Grounds za poor performance(kwa kipindi cha 2010-2012) walizoeleza ni masuala ambayo hayakuwahi kufanyika ikiwa ni pamoja na utoaji wa taarifa juu ya utendaji kazi usiofikia kiwango,utoaji wa mafunzo na miongozo kwa lengo la kuboresha utendaji haijafanyika, hakuna ushauri, wala maelekezo ya kuboresha utendaji isipokuwa mwaka March, 2012 walimpongeza kwa kuwa a symbol of personal and professional achievement kwa kuitumikia kampuni kwa muda mrefu walitoa cheti maalum na fedha. Appraisal ya 2012 ndiyo imeleta termination based on poor performance.
